Only qualified professional recruiters are invited to sign up with CareerFountain to receive resumes from our members, not direct employers. Recruiter sign up is FREE to those who qualify. Recruiters don't waste time dealing with job hunters who are not serious. Less committed job seekers are eliminated because CareerFountain only distributes resumes from members who have paid a fee, obtained a referral, or a sponsorship. Our members are quite selective about who receives their resumes. Resumes are never sent unsolicited, or posted on-line accessible to direct employers or the general public. Only those recruiters who sign up and qualify will receive our members' resumes.
